Trail Etiquette

Please adher to the following Code of Conduct in order to respect the highly sensitive nature of the flora and fauna, and ensure the enjoyment of other trail users.

 

  • Stay on the trails

  • No dogs, even on a leash, in the McLaughlin Bay Wildlife Reserve. Dogs on a leash are allowed on the Waterfront Trail and in Darlington Provincial Park.

  • No feeding of any wildlife

  • No motorized vehicles (including snowmobiles, motor bikes, e-bikes or ATV’s)

  • No littering – trash containers are provided

  • No fires or camping – camping is available in Darlington Provincial Park

  • No excessive noise.

  • No firearms.

  • No fishing or boating in Second Marsh – both are allowed in McLaughlin Bay

  • Vandalism will not be tolerated.
